So I have been using obs for couple of years now and have never had a single problem up till now.
Problem:
logical cause:
I don't exactly know why this happens but I think it happens when i apply filters on the mic/aux in the mixer sutch as Noise Gate, Noise Suppressor and Compensator. I think that the filter is stacking or something so it dampens the mic audio. Just turning or hiding the filters won't help.
Temporary Fix:
The only temporary fix that I have come come up with is to re-install OBS or delete everything inside the Appdata folder. (it's really annoying to lose all my scenes).
Note:
There is Nothing wrong with my mic or my mixer board, it works fine in game and voice chats such as discord, teamspeak and or skype.

Problem:
- When I recorded some gameplay a couple of days ago I noticed that my mic volume on the recording where really low, Even tough the audio meter are in the red area.
- When I go to "Edit -> Advanced Audio Properties" and use the monitor sound option on mic/aux it's so loud that it could make my ears bleed, but in the recording you can barely hear the mic input.
