Bug Report Mic toggle failing sometimes on 0.432 alpha

Hi,

I have report from my viewers, that sometimes they dont hear me, and they should, and viceversa (I mute my stream from time to time with the mic toggle in OBS).

I have no specific proof of this but it happened at least twice, mic was on but viewers not hearing, and viceversa.

is it a case where the hotkey sometimes doesn't work? if you get a situation where the hotkeys don't work when alt-tabbed into certain applications, you may have to load the application in admin mode, though let me know if there's any other problems with hotkeys in general, not sure if there's currently a bug in the code right now or not though
