Question / Help Mic Sync Offset not working

Hello!

I'm trying to start streaming but there's a lot of hurdles when it comes to me trying to get OBS to work in several ways.

One of which is that (and this goes for all streaming software) the mic sync offset does not work AT ALL.

I have set the delay accordingly (1500 ms) for audio delay and NOTHING HAPPENS.

I've tried several different microphones and none of them work.

Is there a fix for this? No update has helped this issue and I'm starting to loose patients.

I'm experiencing same problem today. The option "Mic sync offset" literrally doesn't do any difference at all i tried -400 and i tried 1500 no difference!

Maybe restart stream/record/preview after changing mic offset.

Maybe try obs studio (separate free download) with better audio support.
This thread is a little old..

Is the studio version more reliable or better of some kind?
