Question / Help Mic Sync Offset Doesn't Do ANYTHING

Yesterday it worked, well, now my mic is off sync agian for no reason, i haven't touched a single thing, and i tested things out and there is zero difference from -400 offsync to 400, wich should have a huge difference but nope.

any help i can get? i havent touched anything or switfched headset or anything and the option doesnt do any difference for me ^^

Log shows: Mic time offset: 1 ... that is 1 milliseconds?
Maybe restart stream/record/preview after changing mic offset.

Maybe try obs studio (separate free download) with better audio support.
