Question / Help Mic Sync Fix Hack

Hello, last update added a new option called ''Mic Sync Fix Hack'' and I was wondering what it is meant for. Because since I use OBS I have mic desync for my stream which is a bit annoying for all the viewers, so, does that new option fix the problem ?

Alright thanks for the answer, and sorry for the wrong section.

Now about this new option, it still doesnt fix the mic problem, 1/2 of my viewers are having mic desync problem, it ONLY happens when watching stream on transcoders (resolutions i am NOT streming, provided by twitch)

I stream in 1080p, people have absolutely no problem with that resolution, no audio or video desync.
BUT,
All other resolutions provided by twitch (720p, 420p, 360p) have mic desync and people are annoyed, and that's happening for more than 2 months now,
any fix or ideas to fix that would be appreciated,

Try enabling CFR in Advanced, that should get everything synced up.
