Question / Help Mic stuters&drops when high sounds occurs

for example when i start a song on spotify my mic drops out. i have to pause it, talk for like 2 seconds, then play it agian.

really annoying ^^ i posted my log here as well

And i have already set my webcam in obs to only 360p, and i've tried to disable it completely without luck

edit: i have also tried setting my scene buffering from 200ms to 2000ms, no difference
