Question / Help Mic stops working constantly

My mic keeps cutting of and going off completely after a while.
If I then unplug it and plug it back it works for a few minutes for it to be going off again after.
I own the Rode NTA-1 mic and I'm using a focusrite scarlett 2i2 audio interface.
Also my webcam has been bugging sometimes and completely showing just lines and flashing. (Maybe is related)
During yesterdays stream I tried using my webcam mic to see how that would go after my mic been off for the 20th time.
But then the webcam just blasted off after a few minutes.

My settings, I tried changing the scene buffering time with 100 up every time when it happened but that didn't seem to help (default was 700)

I uploaded the log file with it.

Possibly a USB bandwidth issue. Configure your C920 to output at 1280x720 instead of 1920x1080, and add it as a global source so it doesn't hang on scene changes.

I need to know why my mic isn't working not the flickering of the webcam, I care less about that.
So please give me advice for my rode NTA-1 mic.

Does your mic or your sound card use a USB port? If yes, then the webcam issue and the microphone issue could be related and you should take Sapiens advice. Honestly, you should take his advice either way, worst that happens is you make the change and come back here to say "my webcam is better but my mic still drops out". Then you're closer to the solution because the one person helping you has eliminated one possible cause.
