Question / Help Mic sound doesn't work and skype problems

When OBS is not installed i can skype as much as i want, but when i install OBS, i get a skype message;
"There is a problem with a playback device"
And that's when my Microphone stops work.
I'm using a Razer Megalodon with the latest Razer drivers.
I have Acer Predator G3620 (64bit) And i have Obs project 64 bit.
I even tried opening Obs as an Administrator but it doesn't work.
