Strange issue, but I have noticed on streams that the microphone input is becoming delayed over time. This does NOT affect any other sound source captured, so it's not some general encoding issue. How can I diagnose this issue? Can it be caused by too much processing effects on the microphone signal? Or would it be caused specifically by a certain effect? The effects I have on are only reaper vst plugins:
ReaEQ (VST 2.x plug-in)
OBS in built noise gate.
ReaComp (VST 2.x plug-in) (Main compressor)
ReaComp (VST 2.x plug-in) (peaks limiting compressor)
ReaEQ (VST 2.x plug-in) (Final EQ on processed signal).

An example from a stream yesterday... after 3 hours in, the mic delay is almost 2 seconds:
