Bug Report Mic shows no green bar. Mic/sound card found but no audio. (mic still works in protools and discord)

Can somebody please help with this. Feels like I've tried everything. Mic is working in every other program that I use. OBS even find the sound card and mic, it just wont transmit any audio. How is this possible? What am I doing wrong... Is there an expert out there somewhere... I've given up hope :p
