I am currently trying to use an integrated mic as my microphone. I am working on getting a headset but already have a solid follower count only using my integrated mic so I wish to continue streaming while I wait for a headset.
The only problem I am having is that sometimes when I use my push-to-talk integrated mic, the mic will echo the audio input (music) that I have playing through my computer.
Basically I mute my computer while playing the audio so there is no echo. However, while the computer is muted, when I push-to-talk, sometimes, not always, the music will echo in the mic while I talk.
I don't have the stream open on my computer, I simply have the music playing with the computer muted. Meaning the stream can hear the music but I can't while I play. I know this is a horrible way to stream, but I am in the process of improving. I actually watch my own stream on my phone (using headphones) to hear what is going on.
If anyone could help me with why the music sometimes plays through my push-to-talk integrated mic, that would be amazing. Again there is no sound coming out of my computer while I stream. It is muted.
