So, It's been close to 10 years since I've posted on forums asking for help, but I have reached the absolute limit of my knowledge of what could possibly be causing this issue.
Long story short, my mic simply does not record audio sometimes. I have tried numerous mics and numerous ports on my PC, this problem lies with OBS. Essentially, OBS ALWAYS shows the green bar beneath my mic moving, showing that it is indeed picking up audio. Listening to the playback from my Mic in windows, and using it in literally any other piece of software shows its working perfectly fine. But in OBS, if I record a video longer than about 3 or 4 seconds, there is no mic audio. Under 3 or 4 seconds, most of the time my mic audio is recorded. I have tried a lot, but at this stage in the game I'm open to all suggestions. No, its not muted, its correctly set as my blue yeti and not the default device. It also is not the USB port. My hardware is 100%. I have reinstalled OBS, tried 3 different studio grade mics that I use for vocals, and have tried various little fixes I've read online.
Any help would be appreciated, as its been three days straight of my trying various things. I've since cancelled all of my original plans for my tutorials and videos online, as I cannot even get past this simple step. Here is my log file. Thank you!

EDIT: I should mention my mic had been working perfectly fine for quite some time. I changed nothing at all and this started happening.
