Mic picks up capture card audio

Hi there, I hope someone can help because I'm at my wit's end.

I use my Macbook Air M1 with MacOS 13.13.1 in order to stream / record from my consoles.
The audio and video from the consoles are captured with an Elgato HD60 S+. The card itself is defined as an input device in OBS for audio and video, not the desktop.
For my voice, I use a SM7B plugged into my SSL2 audio interface. The SSL2 is defined as the input device for sound in OBS and in MacOS.
For my headphones, I use the monitoring output on my SSL2.

In the audio mixer, the sound from the Elgato is picked up by the mic. This happens even if the mic gain is on zero on the SSL2 (that's the case on my screenshots). It happens even if the mic is physically unplugged from the audio interface. And the weirdest thing is... there's no echo, thank God. But it's still really really weird, and having this visual noise on my microphone bar prevents me from knowing what the volume of my voice actually is.

Any idea what's causing this ?
