Mic only, is doubling in my Desktop audio tab

After messing with a few things and adding an Audio input for my capture card, My mic now magically doubles into my Desktop audio in the mixer, went through all the setting and all the YT videos but can't find the issue. Even reset my OBS and no I have monitoring all turned off. Please help me.

Found the issue, My capture card had the same 'audio device' as where all my other audio plays and for some reason changing that made my mic stop repeating. no idea why but yeah.
