Question / Help Mic not being picked up by OBS

So basically i have a blue snowball (usb mic) and its just not working with OBS. it works with skype, ts and is reognized in the recording devices in windows sounds. I am on the latest version of OBS atm (.637b). I really need some help. ive included a log if it helps at all. any and all help is appreciated. also if there was a way to make the audio passthrough something like teamspeak that would be acceptable for now i guess

There appears to be no report of error. Make sure that push-to-talk isn't active in the settings, sometimes people accidentally activate it and they don't know why their mic is muted.
