Mic level way too hot

Hey all. For some reason my mic, which has worked fine for two years is now showing up with super hot levels in the obs mixer, even though I have its level set very low. I must have changed something but I'm about ready to give up. Can anyone help? Pic attached. I'm running Windows 10, OBS 28.1.2, and a Rodecaster Pro is my input device. Mic is Shure SM7B going through a cloudlifter. I have been all through settings (but I must be missing one). I have made sure my drivers are updated and I have updated the firmware on the Rodecaster.

Did you solve this I have exactly the same out the blue with Rodecaster Pro 2

thsts not what’s being said here.

I and the OP had the Rodecaster pro all set up with levels correct and working for months for me. Then one day with zero changes the levels are super hot just out the blue. Nothing changed. No settings and no levels. Yet Iv had to pull the input back 26db.

It just changes overnight.

OK and 2 weeks later it just reverted back to the way it was before. this is bizar
