Question / Help Mic Issues

Could someone help me figure this out. I selected my mic as the default microphone in the audio settings and it wont work on my obs. When I check my desktop the mic does output to my desktop it just wont output to my obs. I checked to make sure push to talk was off and it isnt on so I cant figure it out. PLEASE HELP!!!
 
Is the volume up on the main page of OBS? even if PTT is off, check the hotkey tab to make sure there isn't a PTT key in there.
