Question / Help Mic is picking up bad backround noise

Hello, my mic is picking up everything. I dont know what i'm doing with the audio settings, but when i look watch other streamers, they have dealt with it. I just want it to be nice and crisp. I: have a blue yeti, here is my log. Any advice or a site that will help is very much appreciated. Thank you/ =D

My voice sounds good. It when there is no sound at all, im not clicking anuything or speaking and there is this like backround noise and its not static. It's just noise.

If you lowered your gain and is still doing it, you may have one defective unit?
I bet this is not OBS related, must be some audio setting

You have it in cardioid mode? Helps when using it for voice only

You could also try the noise gate feature from OBS if you don't find a solution, at least while you don't speak it will be muted
