Question / Help Mic heard twice! HELP!

Hi! I am a great fun of OBS because it streams and records without pushing your computer like other programms and because it gives you smaller file sizes with the same HD quality unlike other programms. But when i record, the sound is played twice! It kinda echoes! I have 1000 max bitrate, 0 Buffer size, AAC codec with 128 bitrate! I would really really appreciate it if you could help me!

Are you watching your own stream? if so mute it or pause the video. If not check to make sure you don't have your webcam picking up and playing audio while also having your microphone picked up in audio settings.
