Question / Help Mic echoing

So I finally have my mic working, but now when I'm recording and go to playback with vlc my voice is echoing.

Set your webcam's source properties audio device to Disabled. Your mic is set both to the Mic channel and the webcam channel, so you're duplicating audio.
