Question / Help Mic Cutting in and out only when streaming

I use an audio technica at2035 and a line 6 pod uxw mixamp. My mic/sound cuts in and out no more for than a second but it happens about every 10-15 sec. I have narrowed it down to OBS because it only happens when I am streaming or previewing stream. Please help, I just spent $300 on new mic set up..
