Question / Help Mic audio stutters in recordings

Hey i have just recently started streaming last month and i seem to have an issue where during my recordings the mic will start of sounding fine and then begings to stutter. I am not 100% sure if it happens during the stream , but whenever i have checked my stream my mic audio seems to be working fine. All other audio is fine. I am going to look up how to get my logs so that i might post them here.

Also i am incapable of getting my recordings video to stop stuttering without manually changing obs' process priority to high and whichever game application i am using set to above normal. Causes my pc to crash sometimes.

and i think when i stream the video is constantly stuttering but that i am not sure of , because it could just be the stream lags on my computer because i am streaming at the same time

here is my log from today, audio is now fine got it working, but the video is constantly stuttering now :(
