Question / Help Mic Audio coming out as Source audio - No capture audio

Settings > Advanced > Uncheck "Use input device for desktop audio" as suggested in dagomako's thread.
 
If you update to the latest version of OBS you'll see that it has been moved to Settings > Advanced. Glad this fixed it for you.
