my current set up
tv > hdmi spliter >> elgato hd60 s and computer > have chat link pro coming out of hd60s > kraken headphones out of chatlink pro znd other end into nintendo switch.
i hear game play audio when i use headphones. i see mic bar going up and down as well as game play audio on obs. i have a audiopro x5 mic plugged into the side through usb. i cant tell if the mic works so thats one issue but my main issue is that when i record, then play back my footage, i get no sound. i use VLC media player as for play back and it usually works but with this set up it doesnt. if anyone can see any issues please let me know, ive looked on yt and followed videos on how to fix but it seems correct.. please help.. im about to give up.. but i know i cant, its for my son to steam.. thank you.
