Question / Help mic and camera freezing/ going out.

ive been having a problem were randomly during my stream my camera will freeze, and at the same time mic will go out in everything, discord, ingame, obs, and even voicemeeter. ive been having this issue for a long time and would greatly appreciate some help.

im using a focusrite scarlett solo, with a rode nt1 mic.
