Sounds like your sound is looping back. Are you watching your stream unmuted while streaming?

the looping i was, just to listen to the feedback in realtime. If you try another video it still does it when im not doing that. When it isnt looping I am not watching my own stream.

http://www.twitch.tv/ijona/b/462544692 that sound that sounds like a constant stuttering of feedback is what i am talking about.

Looping audio is almost always a setting problem somewhere, either with the application or with a windows control panel setting somewhere. Usually the user will feed their mic through their webcam device, then have it set to "output to desktop" in the device source's properties. Other times they'll have it set to "echo" in windows control panel, and things like that.

Also, sometimes people add their webcam to a scene and the webcam includes audio via Directshow, and then they add a separate mic (like a headset) and capture their voice twice.
