Hey guys, first post here. OBS has been awesome thus far, and I've had no problems with it, until this point. A little background;
I've live streamed a few hours of Metro 2033 without incident. All of a sudden, however, I can't seem to stream but a few minutes of it without something crashing so hard that my entire system locks. I can't even change the profile on my Logitech G510 keyboard when this happens. I am forced to do a manual restart. Upon getting back up and running, I do not have a crash report, just a log--which leads me to believe this may be the game causing this crash rather than OBS. The log is posted below. I can run OBS with any other game, and I can run Metro 2033 without OBS just fine. I have been tweaking one setting at a time. Here are the things I have tried;
I have the most updated drivers, software, patches, etc. Here is my most recent log:
I am running Windows Vista 64bit. I'm thinking I don't have enough RAM, but every other game that I have tried seems to behave normally. I'm about to try disabling the overlay in Steam, and hopefully this solves the problem. If it does, I will post here. Other than that, I have no idea what to do. I read in a previous post that the h.264 enconding causes issues with Metro 2033, so that may be it right there. What's weird, though, is that other people don't seem to be having this issue. I'm fairly certain it's something on my set up that is conflicting.
Thanks for your support, and I hope we can figure this out!

- Different versions of OBS
- Running in Administrator Mode
- Tweaking video settings in game
- Tweaking streaming settings in OBS
- Playing through the part that crashes, and trying a new part (still crashes)
- Checking all drivers
- Disabling ALL programs, except Steam, Metro 2033, and OBS
