Bug Report Memory Leaks Were Detected

When I start the OBS, I run the game, then start streaming, and immediately start getting dropped frames. When I stop the stream, it greys out and then it says to wait for it to stop on its own. Didn't have this before the recent update.

Hm, does it ever re-enable the button again? Like for example, if you wait a few minutes?
