Media sources have stopped working

After a few years of no issues I am having trouble playing videos. I get a very small red box in the upper left corner of the screen, and when I go to move it, it disappears when I try to click on it in any way.The videos do play in VLC and also play in the properties window when I double click on the source. They have also played in the past.
When I try to upload the last log file I get an error message "Failed to connect to obsproject.com port 443: Timed out"

Where is the problem?

I suggest change samole rate 44100 to 48000.
Switch off DVR game (windows settings)
Disable antivirus for OBS
run OBS as adminnistrator
You don’t have installed VLC

logs don’t have output session.
