Depends on what you mean. a "Scene" could contain a media source, but is not itself a a Media Source
For Scenes, there is import/export Scene Collection, and Exceldro has a plug-in to manipulate selective scenes (however, my understanding is that it is end-user responsibility to understand and ensure any scene requirements are met
If you mean, you have a media that plays on another PC but not yours, that typically is a codec issue (ie, decoders installed on other PC, not on yours). Or the Other PCs were using VLC player, and you tried using native Media Player which can handle the encoder type/settings? or something like that
My recommendation - start simple, can you play the Media outside OBS? if not, fix that, then come back to try to get media to work in OBS
