Question / Help Media source video not showing in Studio Mode

Hello:

I am trying to use my IP Camera with OBS Studio (19.0.2, 64 bit, windows).

My input = rtsp://192.168.44.125/11

The video shows on the 'Properties for Media Source' popup... but not on the preview or source windows in Studio mode.

Also, I can right click, and get the video to show in both Fullscreen projector (Source) and Windowed projector (source) ... but not on the * Projector (Preview) windows.

I, too, am having issue with rtsp with version 19.0.2 64 bit. About 3 or 4 days after upgrading to 19.0.2 64 bit, the autostream stopped working and then OBS would "not respond" so I would have to kill the task and start it again. After restarting 2 times, the rtsp would not show at all. It took me over a week to get to the issue and when I read this, I did the downgrade and problem solved.

my input is = rtsp://user:1234@192.168.0.80:34100/videoMain
That works on 18.0.2.

Btw, my camera is an Insteon.

I've tried deactivating "Restart playback when source becomes active" which leads to an occasional problem with one of my wireless cameras dropping out and never resuming. But with that checkbox unchecked, I can't see the camera in preview mode.

OBS team: The "preview" window in Studio Mode should definitely be considered "active." The current behavior is basically the equivalent of a TV studio not having any preview monitors and having to "guess" whether they have a good shot before switching cameras.
