Question / Help Media source is playing through my microphone

I have a song playing as a media source, but while the song is playing my Mic bar is moving also...so when I go live, it sounds distorted. So instead of JUST the media source showing that it's playing, it's showing that the mic is moving also. I added a photo so you can see. That is only the media source playing that is causing both lines to move.

I have the mic set to "Monitor off"

and I have the media source set to "monitor and output.

But no matter what i put it on it still sounds the same when I go live.

For my video capture device: I have it set to "use custom audio device" and im using my mic like that because when I had it on "capture audio only, my audio wasn't in sync with the video.

How do I fix this??

im using head phones and my mic volume is all the way down, so basically muted

So here's something else i noticed. When i have the media source on "monitor only" or "monitor and output"

It makes ALL of my tracks on the mixer mover with the mic muted. and sound going through my headphones only. But when I put it on monitor off, then none of them move, just the media source.

Please provide a log from OBS so we can see how the audio is set up.
