Media Source from YouTube URL not working for me

Hello all,

first time poster, I hope someone can point me in the right direction as I have not had much luck in resolving this issue myself.

I have setup my stream, everything is working great, except for the background music stream. This is a copyright free YouTube stream via URL.

I have tried adding "Media Source" and inputting the URL, however there is no sound;

The Audio Mixer also shows no activity;

When I setup the audio to use a browser (which is pointed to the same URL) as a workaround, the Audio Mixer lights up and there is sound in my stream.

I'm sure this is something very simple that I am failing to do, however I can't see to see what it is.

I'm unsure if this assists, but the server that I am running my stream from does not have a sound card, however as it is not playing/decoding any audi, I don't believe that to be the issue (plus it works when I use the browser workaround).

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You cannot put a website into the media source, you have to link directly to a video file.
