Media source audio

Could that be possible to add the audio as well ? For exemple i have the Rip and Tear of Doom that'd be awesome having the sound as well !

The audio is already played to the final mix. If you want to listen to the media source while streaming you can always select and Audio Monitor Device in Advanced settings and on Advanced audio Properties select one of the monitor options.
