OBS Studio didnt seem to record my audio for the last couple weeks and i just figured it out. switching to a different audio encoder fixed it and it works alright now (for now...)..... any other bug reports like this? is it confirmed? and will it be fixed?
for others having this problem (for advanced output settings):
go to the audio tab in output
click the box to change audio bitrate
hover over them and pick one that is not Media Foundation AAC Encoder.
i don't know about simple output...
