Question / Help Mayday! Facebook Livestreaming Problem: The RTMP Server Sent an Invalid SSL Certificate

Yesterday I tried to stream live on Facebook for the first time after the platform stopped support for non-ssl streams on May 1, 2019 and got this message. I tried everything I could but nothing worked. I even updated my version of OBS studio since I had read somewhere that OBS supports SSL post version 21. So now I'm using 23 but still can't connect to Facebook Live's server. I have also tried using the "custom server" option and putting in the rtmps url manually. OBS is the best option for me and I don't want to use XSplit. Could somebody please help me with the issue? I do not have the kind of technical knowledge that's required to solve this.

Do you have any 3rd party antivirus / security software? OBS 23.1.0 seems to work fine for Facebook on Windows 10 for me. Is your date and time set correctly?

Yes, I do have an anti-virus, but that was always there. Yes, the date and time are set correctly.
