Maybe focus me on where to ask? Video recording problem

I'm using OBS 30.2.3 (64 bit) in a Windows 11 Pro 10.0.22631 23H2 PC, with an MSI Pro Z690-A, 32G DDR4(MS-7D25) AMI BIOS 1.E0, 12th Gen Intel Core i7 12700K Alder Lake CPU, Intel UHD 770 GPU

I used to regularly be able to record clips from movies I was watching on Kodi. My intention was to make short clips of particular scenes I liked particularly. My Kodi installation has not changed. I still use it to watch many of my database of movies. I don't know if I did something to my OBS settings that made it now not work. The recordings come back with just the audio and no video. I suspected immediately something was wrong in the settings and tried to fiddle and see if I could get it working. My scene and sources seem the same as always. I have one scene and two sources: one the Browser and the other Windows Capture. The Windows Capture is above the Browser source. I use Ctrl-Tab to flip back and forth from the OBS window to the sources. When my source is from a tab in the browser I flip to the browser and select the tab where maybe I'll have a video from which I want to record. On start up usually I have to flip over to the desired source before it will show in the properties tab and then I can select the one I want as it becomes visible in the properties dropdown. I'm not exactly sure what the procedure should be. I've gotten into the habit of checking source properties and maybe refreshing if it's the browser until I can see the sources I want, but I was always used to seeing that when the Kodi window appeared as a source option, the video from the Kodi window would show in the OBS screen. Here's a screen shot.

Please help me try to correct this so I can record from Kodi again. I can play a YouTube video in the browser and record a clip from it OK. It shows on the screen in OBS and plays back perfectly.
