Maximum file size when using Constant bitrate

I couldn't find answer in google, Im just interested what could be the maximum file size when using constant bitrate?
I thought for example when recording 1280x720 video with 3000Kbp/s CONSTANT bitrate, 1 hour video size should be:
3000Kbit * 3600seconds = 10,800,000Kbit => 1350 megabytes, and I think Resoution doesnt really matter

alright, I figured it out myself, maximum file size on Constant bitrate video is video bitrate + audio bitrate, note that if you record multiple tracks of audio than bitrates add up. for example
1280x720 video with 3000Kbp/s CONSTANT bitrate, 1 hour video MAXIMUM size should is:
(3000Kbit + 192Kbit) * 3600seconds = 11,491,200Kbit => 1,436 megabytes
and downscale resolution DOES matter, when you use base resolution without downscaling for example: 1366x768, if you have low bitrate (for example: 1000kbps) , resolution is high, but on motion it lacks bitrate and creates lots of large cube pixels
on the other hand if you downscale it to 854x480p you get lower resolution but much better smoother quality on motion scenes.
