Bug Report Max Bitrate !

Hello to you

I have a question, why when I put in 500/600ko bitrate, obs take all my bandwidth is 800/900ko, I do only have latency when I stream .. Xsplit on this issue is not! So explain to me please.

Do I or other manipulation??

Try using CBR if you have strict bandwidth requirements.

Remember, just because you set the max bitrate at 500-600 kbps, it will NOT always be at that value, unless you use CBR. You have to account for Internet spikes in speeds and it also determines the type of motion the scene is currently at, which could use less of your max bitrate or more of your max bitrate.
