I just downloaded the latest version. I have a crappy internet connection where I have about 0,85 mb/s upload. If I go over 700 bitrate I will notice an increased latency/ping. So I put a cap at 600, but it still exceeds it! How do I stop that? I thought the bitrate cap was supposed to stop it from going over what I am able to use. I even lowered it to 550 with no result.
I have done the Estimater, but even when the settings are lower it still fails to work. So how can I put a max on it, for it not to have an impact on my gaming experience?
