Max Audio Buffering/Voicemod issues

I just got my pc back today from being upgraded and went to stream today. At first all was good, that was until I noticed the light on my elgato wave one mic was blinking. Next thing you know, my webcam stopped and then my headset disconnected and it scared me for a bit. Looking at the log file, it says it relates to an audio buffering issue, the one I attatched says it was the camera, but another one said the audio output capture was the culprit. But in my own tests I found what may be the problem. I felt that voicemod was the problem because when I had that on while obs was streaming, my usb devices would blink and have connection issues. Then I tried a test stream with voicemod off, and everything was fine for the hour and a half I streamed. Can anyone help me out with why voicemod would do this or why my usb devices are being funky at times? With my old setup I ran it no problem.
