Critical Max Audio Buffering
Audio buffering hit the maximum value. This is an indicator of very high system load, will affect stream latency, and may even cause individual audio sources to stop working. Keep an eye on CPU usage especially, and close background programs if needed.

Occasionally, this can be caused by incorrect device timestamps. Restart OBS to reset buffering.

Source affected (potential cause): Desktop Audio

Warning Old Version (27.2.4)
You are running an old version of OBS Studio (27.2.4). Please update to version 28.0.2 by going to Help -> Check for updates in OBS or by downloading the latest installer from the downloads page and running it.

Warning Browser Not Accelerated
Browser hardware acceleration is currently disabled. Enabling acceleration is highly recommended due to the improvements to performance and significantly lower CPU usage for browser sources. This can be enabled in Settings -> Advanced.
Info Windows 11 22H2 (OK)
You are running Windows 11 22H2, which will be supported by Microsoft until October 2024.
Info Windows 10 Game Mode
In Windows 10 versions 1809 and newer, we recommend that "Game Mode" be enabled for maximum gaming performance. Game Mode can be enabled via the Windows 10 "Settings" app, under Gaming > Game Mode.

Add:

Disable Game Bar/DVR

Malwarebytes is known to cause issues.

Sample Rate mismatch on your PS5, 44k, everything else is @ 48k.

Disabling game mode and browser hardware acceleration used to be a fix on old win10 versions but now you want game mode on as well as browser hardware acceleration.
Max Audio Buffering is normally fixed by restarting OBS, or restarting the computer (not turn off and on).
Unless your capture card don't allow it, you should be able to record or stream at 60fps.
For recording don't use CBR, intead use CQP setting the CQ level between 23 and 15 (lower better qualitty)

Completelly uninstall McAfee.

BS! It should NEVER happen in the first place. Restarting OBS is not a fix......

So even disabled McAfee still affects the system? Wouldn't know personally since it's never been on any of my PC's.

FYI, PS5 General Audio Settings:

Audio Format (Priority)
Set the audio output format to use for games and video apps. Available settings may vary depending on your devices and audio settings configuration.
