I'm currently setting up a live stream and experiencing some issues.
Background:
Our sound is coming directly from a sound board with a quarter inch cord into A/V cable which goes into a behringer device which sends it into our Mac computer via usb.
Our video is coming from a PTZ Optics camera with a SDI cable which goes into a black magic device which then sends the signal to our Mac via Thunderbolt. We are streaming at 1080i50.
The problem:
During live stream tests the video is approx half a second to a second behind the audio coming from our board. Does anyone know of an easy fix to solve this issue allowing for a seamless combination and feed? Note, I've tried both a live stream and recording the feed directly to the computer and the issue remains the same.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
