Master audio output

Hi,
please add the possibility to add a master audio output.
Example:
I want to stream from OBS via an external Encoder through HDMI.
Right now I can only set the HMDI audio to the monitor device but then I cannot monitor the audio anymore.

Try "Audio Monitor" plugin. It can do that but for now there is still an issue with A/V sync.
