I recently started streaming on twitch; https://www.twitch.tv/smurkie/videos/all <-- see the stuttering in my videos here.
I could really use some advice on how I could simply maximize having fluent frame rates as I have no idea how to fix it.
I don't care so much about having perfect quality of image but having things run smoothly is my preference.
