Question / Help Massive negative dropped frames.

So... I'm trying to stream some games for my friend. I'm using slay the spire to test figuring that's a pretty lowball game so shouldn't have issues getting started. I either start at 0 dropped frames, and within ten seconds have several thousand (The percentage is usually in 6 to 700 percent range.) or I immediately go to negative several thousand dropped frames. On occassion it will start up normal for about two seconds, but the audio is really glitchy and then it freezes and goes right back to the several thousand frames issued in the screens. Not sure what I'm doing wrong, attaching screenshots of settings. I have decent enough internet, am using FTL with mixer.

RTMP seems to be working fine, what would be the issue with FTL? I can speedtest and post results if that would help. Do I have some setting off? RTMP had zero dropped frames over two minutes. Is there some way to absolutely minimize latency? Wanted to do FTL so we could actively chat about what's going on.

speedtest.net isn't relevant.
FTL related issues ultimately fall to mixer support, as they maintain that part of the code.
