1. If available via Windows Update, update to Windows 10 2004 per https://obsproject.com/blog/five-simple-tips-for-new-streamers
2. Run OBS as Admin
3. At least one of your audio devices has a sample rate that doesn't match the rest. This can result in audio drift over time or sound distortion. Check your audio devices in Windows settings (both Playback and Recording) and ensure the Default Format (under Advanced) is consistent. 48000 Hz is recommended.
OBS Sample Rate: 44100 Hz
Headphones (SteelSeries Arctis 5 Game): 48000 Hz

To fix that: Settings --> Audio --> General --> Change Sample Rate to 48 kHz [Apply] [OK]
3. Your log contains no recording or streaming session. Results of this log analysis are limited. Please post a link to a clean log file.
To make a clean log file, please follow these steps:

1) Restart OBS.
2) Start your stream/recording for about 30 seconds. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc.
3) Stop your stream/recording.
4) Select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Send that link via this troubleshooting tool or whichever support chat you are using.

Hi. Thank you for the quick answer

1. Done
2. Done
3. Done
4. That is odd, because during trying to set up the OBS I've recorded 4-5h of video, so I have no idea why my Log doesn't contain any recording session. Anyway, I did exactly what you said above.

" during trying to set up the OBS I've recorded 4-5h of video "
What I meant is I've recorded several videos with total time 4-5h.
Plus I think my last uploaded Log doesn't seems to be all right as well. Even though I followed the instructions. Now I'm not sure is I do something wrong, or this is an error.

00. Record to FLV or MKV. If you record to MP4 or MOV and the recording is interrupted, the file will be corrupted and unrecoverable.

If you require MP4 files for some other purpose like editing, remux them afterwards by selecting File > Remux Recordings in the main OBS Studio window or enable Auto remux from the advanced settings.

I updated the Windows to 2004, all my input and output devices are set on 48000 Hz. The OBS is changed to 48000 Hz. The records files are changed to MKV. Look-Ahead and Psycho Visual Tuning are unchecked. The OBS is running as an admin, and still having drops even though I've changed the frames per second ratio from 60 to 30. :(
I'm uploading the log from my last session.

1) Try saving your recordings to a different hard drive, a SSD is the way to go. Also check that you have plenty of free space on the drive.

2) When you're recording, limit your In Game and Monitor FPS to 120. 144 WILL cause stuttering.

3) According to the last log you uploaded, you're still running
12:03:13.200: Windows Version: 10.0 Build 18363 (release: 1909; revision: 1016; 64-bit

3) Try these settings, you're just wasting hard drive space. If you want better quality lower the CQ Level. If all is good after trying these, give the Max Quality preset a test.

I did finally update the Windows(don't ask, I'am an idiot) changed saved records to SSD hard drive, locked the monitor and the game on 120FPS and did what Anubis Mann said. Now everything runs nice and smoothly :)
Thank you all for your effort, I appreciate that.

Hello again
Unfortunately the problem appears again, is not so bad as used to be, but I've noticed some frames drop. It's odd, because I didn't change nothing.
Please help again.

Please help again.

- Uninstall AVG antivirus... No third-party antivirus needed in Windows 10, Defender stock is good enough.
- Downscale filter: Bicubic (don't use Lanczos)
- YUV mode: Change to 709 / Partial
- Audio: AAC quality set 160...... no need 320 (it's not mp3)
- Update all drivers with this software: Driver Booster
- Restart PC
