massive frame drops

hey, i hope somebody can help me. I haven't use obs in 2 or 3 weeks, to that time i had no issues. now i'm trying to record and having massive framedrops to the point my whole pc is lagging. on errors it says its an encoding issues but i don't understand how it can be when i had no problems before now suddenly my gpu can't handle it anymore? i changed nothing on either my pc or obs settings. This log is from after reinstalling OBS.

1. Enable Game Mode. Game Mode can be enabled via the Windows "Settings" app, under Gaming > Game Mode.
2. Change the refresh rate on your screens to 120 Hz and cap your games at 120 FPS.
3. Disable Psycho Visual Tuning.

i will try that but how could it be that the settings i used before for months with no problem now suddenly cause so instabillity?

just to say i got everything fixed and OBS is working no problemo just by switching to Beta version idk why 29 made these issues but since switching i have zero issues with all my settings as i had from beginning
