I updated my OBS today to the current version. When i turned on the stream for my lol game i had also was running Pandora in a web browser. My OBS went nuts for the first time ever droping frames and packet swings from 2500k normal to drops all the way to 0k. I know my internet wasn't freaking out cause there was no game issues and the music was coming in fine. No one else was in the house at the time using the internet either.
My internet connection is 30mbs down and 5mbs up.
Not sure what files i should include so if a admin can point me in a direction for a log that would show this.
