I built a new PC a few months ago and I was having this issue initially until optimizing my settings. After that, everything worked flawlessly. Since the most recent OBS update, however, I'm running into the same issue and can't figure it out. Just having a game running while OBS is open causes the OBS capture to fly around anywhere from 12 to 60 fps. Again, this is happening without anything being streamed or recorded - just simply running a game (this obviously happens while streaming or recording as well). With some games, it actually looks like I'm playing a PS1 when OBS is open. Pretty weird and I haven't been able to locate any instances of people with similar issues. The fuck am I doing wrong?
